Fall 2025 Community-Wide Yard Sale

Join your neighbors on Friday, September 5th & Saturday, September 6th from 8:00am – 2:00 pm for
The City of Fort Wright’s Annual Fall Community Yard Sale.

How to Participate:

1.     Register for a Yard/Garage Sale Permit via our website at www.fortwrightky.gov or in-person at City Hall prior to noon on Thursday, September 4th, 2025.   Click HERE to print the Registration Form needed. Participation is Free, but a PERMIT is REQUIRED.

2.     Simply set up your items on your private property in front of your home or garage, and price them for a quick sale.

3.     Post a sign along with your permit in your yard.

4.     Have a great time and sell, sell, sell!

Our To-Do List:
1.     Advertise the Community Yard Sale Event via social media outlets, and on our digital sign.
2.     List on our website and social media pages the exact location of each “permitted” sale directing shoppers to your specific location.
3.     Encourage shoppers to participate.
