The City of Fort Wright, 409 Kyles Lane, Fort Wright, Kentucky, 41011, hereby solicits sealed bids and proposals for the purchase of an Ambulance for the City of Fort Wright, according to the specifications therefor available at the Office of the City Clerk of the City of Fort Wright or the link below.

All bids and proposals in response to this solicitation must be received in the Office of the City Administrator of the City of Fort Wright, on or before 11:00 AM ET (10:00 AM CT) prevailing time, on Thursday, August 13th, 2026, on a form provided by the City of Fort Wright, which is completed according to instructions therefor available at the Office of the City Clerk of the City of Fort Wright, and enclosed within a sealed envelope, with the subject of the bid and the City of Fort Wright Bid Invitation Number One (1) indicated on the outside of the envelope. Bid opening will be held immediately after the close of bids on Thursday, August 13th, 2026, in the City Council Chambers.

All bids and proposals in response to this solicitation, and any purchases as consequence thereof shall be deemed to include, by implication, all warranties indicated in KRS 355.2-213 through and including KRS 355.2-318.

This is not a purchase order; it is only a solicitation for sealed bids and proposals. No bid or proposal in response to this solicitation shall be considered by the City of Fort Wright unless it complies with all of the provisions hereof and the Fort Wright Bid Instructions Number One (1); and, in any event, the City of Fort Wright hereby reserves the right to reject any and all bids and proposals in response hereto.
